HPRB Reports

These reports are provided as a public service from the DC Historic Preservation Office. The reports contain a list of permits reviewed by their office. If there is an HPA or OGB/SL number, the project is one that will be reviewed by the Historic Preservation Review Board or the Old Georgetown Board. These projects are also reviewed by the appropriate ANC that will provide input to the Board.   Applications for razes located outside of historic districts (listed as NA) and appear on this report have were signed-off on by this office.

Permits that have no HPA or OGB/SL number were approved on the staff level as outlined in the Historic Preservation Law regulations (found on their website at http://planning.dc.gov/preservation). Copies of these permits are not maintained by the Historic Preservation Office. They are maintained on file at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs located at 941 N. Capitol Street, NE (http://dcra.dc.gov)
