Commissioner Alberti often holds his SMD meetings concurrent with those of the North Lincoln Park Neighborhood Assn.(NLPNA), usually at 7:30 pm on the first Tuesday of the month at Lane Memorial CME Church on the corner of 14th and C Sts.
